These guidelines set forth the proper use of our Brand Features by our licensees, partners, collaborators, and other parties who obtained our consent to use Axess' Brand Features for commercial purposes. Unless you have obtained authorization, please refrain from making commercial use of the Axess Brand Features without first requesting and receiving a written license from us to do so and please understand that Axess reserves the right to withhold or withdraw permission to use its Brand Features in a commercial manner. If granted permission to use a Axess Brand Feature, you agree to do so in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, and any written guidelines and other requirements provided to you. For example:

If you are a licensee of a Axess Brand Feature and have been provided with special usage guidelines with your license agreement, please follow those guidelines. If your license agreement does not provide usage guidelines, then please consult the general guidelines here.

If Axess provides written requirements (size, typeface, colors, etc.) to you at the time of granting approval for use, you must implement these requirements before using our Brand Features.  If we provide these requirements to you after we initially give our permission, you must implement these requirements within a commercially-reasonable timeframe.

If granted permission to make commercial use of a Axess Brand Feature, you understand that permission is conditioned upon your use of the Axess Brand Features in a manner consistent with the high reputation, image, value, quality, and goodwill related to Axess and the Axess Brand Features. To that end, you agree to cooperate with Axess in facilitating Axess' control of the quality of the products and services offered by you in connection with the Axess Brand Features. Upon reasonable notice, you will allow Axess to inspect your use of the Axess Brand Features to ensure material conformity with Axess' quality standards or any other specifications or requirements set forth by Axess. You further agree to make any changes to your use of the Axess Brand Features as may be reasonably requested by Axess to comply with such standards, specifications, or requirements.
